yg1033 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2020 Hi, I recently purchased a new computer and am trying to install Nitro 8 that was purchased several years ago. When I enter the serial number I get an error 23. It then takes me to the licensing portal and when I enter the serial number it says what's in the table below. Your help is appreciated. Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2020 Hello @yg1033 The version 8 serial number has been upgraded to Nitro Pro 9 so that serial number for version 8 is no longer active.
