Helix Systems Posted March 23, 2020 Report Share Posted March 23, 2020 Hi, Support I am having an issue activating Nitro PDF Pro 12 on a Windows 10 workstation. I checked and re-checked the license on your website and current activation is 0. I tried using another available serial key and still getting the :23 Error License number already used. I was able to activate on a test workstation without any issues. I saw in the forum that this happens when the software was installed it did not generate a proper Computer ID which makes sense because when I was combing through the registry I did see an entry where there were all 0's.
