Activation

Hi,  I am in the process of changing devices.  I have deactivation my license on my old device however, it will not activate on my new device.  I have checked my licence and it shows that I have 

Status active

Number of activations 0

Number of activations allowed 2

When I try to activate the license I get a notice saying the serial number entered does not exist.

Are you able to assist me?

Hello @B Grech

This is a Nitro Pro 11 serial number, so that version should be installed.

Please uninstall and then get the correct installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads and activate following the instructions on this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464
