Hi,  I am in the process of changing devices.  I have deactivation my license on my old device however, it will not activate on my new device.  I have checked my licence and it shows that I have 

Status active

Number of activations 0

Number of activations allowed 2

When I try to activate the license I get a notice saying the serial number entered does not exist.

Are you able to assist me?

Thanks @Leslie V.  Just FYI there is no Nitro Pro 11 from this link to download.  I have found it elsewhere after lots of searching.
