Not able to activate (new hardware)

Hi,

like many others, i have problems activating an existing license on new hardware.
I deactivated the license on the old machine and on the Online-Panel (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal)
I says, 2 Activations allowed, 0 Activations.
Still get Error -23 "Kicese number already used"
