Serial Number Not Showing Under About

I just upgraded from Version 12.

With Version 12 I could see my serial number by clicking About Nitro Pro.

With Version 13 I see the first few digits followed by a bunch of Xs.  This means any time I need to provide my serial number I have to search for an old email.

Upon the release of Nitro Pro 13, please note our product team decided to hide a part of the serial number under About Nitro Pro to secure it from other users that would use your machine without you knowing.

I was hoping you could help. I have an older version, Version 11 where I can see the first few digits followed by a bunch of Xs by clicking About Nitro Pro.  

I can't find the email with the full Serial number. Can someone contact me to provide the full number?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro.
-A screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab
