Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. deborah@ddfdesign 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2020 I have also been getting error message 401 when signing in - but then it seems to work. It is also odd though as I never used to be asked to sign in so often. I checked for updates and am told I am up to date.
