Activation Issue

We recently updated a computer, and Nitro Pro went into Trial mode.

Tried the deactivation and it still said failed.  Looked closer and noticed that Nitro Pro 12 was installed but the license says Nitro Pro 11

To further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11?
