mashfr Posted March 25, 2020 Report Share Posted March 25, 2020 I have been unable to successfully use a Nitro trial so that I can determine if it's the right software for me. I get a "trial expired" message immediately. This happened upon installation of the trial when I purchased a new computer in January, and now that I have time to address it, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have the same issue. In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -The build of your program. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -The Computer ID of your Nitro Pro 13 by referring to this workflow: To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Monica Posted March 26, 2020 Report Share Posted March 26, 2020 I just signed up for the free 14 day trial and after it completed loading the program it said "free trial expired" I thought this was good for 14 days.
