Nitro Pro ver. 9 on old laptop

Dear Nitro,

I purchased Nitro Pro on the 10th of February, 2014 and have now had a laptop update on which I am no longer able to use my Nitro Pro software (I paid $136.99 at the time).

Can you help?

1. How do I reactivate my produce and start using it again?

2. How do I upgrade to the latest version?
