Eugenio Giannotta Posted March 26, 2020 Report Share Posted March 26, 2020 Hello, I have recently started using a new computer and would like to use Nitro 12 on this machine. However, upon deactivating the license from my old machine I am still unable to activate Nitro on my new computer. I've even used the activation support wizard that pops up when activation fails and that still did not resolve the issue. Furthermore, the wizard indicates that I have 2 licenses at my disposal but so far, I can only use one and of course cannot properly deactivate and transfer. Please advise. Your help is appreciated. After trying it twice by reactivating on my old computer and then deactivating using the portal, I was still unable to activate on my new computer. Thanks again. To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
