I'm having trouble activating it on another computer. i've purchased one license with VIP support directly through nitro. The other two i purchased through indigo because i got a great deal. when i enter one of the serial numbers it says it isn't valid??? Thanks. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Anthony Hill 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2020 Hi. i purchased one license directly from nitro with vip support. it was one year ago - vip i think just ran out. i got a deal from indigo software and purcahased two more. however, now i'm trying to use it on a new machine and it is saying the serial number is not valid. what did i do wrong? The Indigo Software company is not an authorized Nitro re-seller and the serial number they sold to you seems to be a cracked version, this is the reason why that serial number do not exist in our system, Nitro's licensing server.
