Ronan J 0 Report post Posted March 31, 2020 Hello, I'm currently using nitro pro 13.9.1.155. When i open a customer pdf file, it's blank. It works when i open with Foxit Reader. Here are the pdf infos : Created by : RICOH IM C2000 PDF Version : 1.4 (Acrobat 5.x) I can send the pdf by private message. I don't know what can i do with this... Can you help me ?
