Carmen Y 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2020 I tried activating my Nitro Pro 12 but I get "-23:Error - License number already used". It states that I have used the maximum number of activation. I had already deactivated the previous one (as confirmed by the portal) and I deactivated the other copy through the portal as well.
