Nitro Pro 12 Activation Problem

I  had to reinstall Nitro Pro 12 on my desktop.  I have deactivated BOTH licenses.  The software, however, is still telling me I have no licenses remaining and that I need to deactivate. I uninstalled the software, reinstalled and try again but get same error message.

 

HELP PLEASE :-)

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your Nitro Pro 12 license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
