AccessInvestigations Posted April 5, 2020 Report Share Posted April 5, 2020 Nitro Pro just started acting up a couple days ago, no I can not open more than one document in Nitro. I have tried to update it, but it continues to tell me There was a problem while checking for update no matter how many times I click "Try Again"!!! I have also tried to log in to Nitro Cloud through the Nitro desktop software, and it tells me "Unable to connect to the Internet. Please check your connection and try again". My internet connection is fine, otherwise I would not be able to post this. What is going on, how can I get it to work again. This just started happening this week!!
