But upon launching its showing an error 80. and in which i cannot proceed. Please help me so i cna transfer my license from my old machine. Before continuing, please be aware that Nitro Pro 11 or older are already discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy . With that, support for the discontinued versions are no longer available. Also, if you are transferring your license on a VM hosted in a Hyper-V setup, VM-ware or Azure, you'll need another MSI installer that accepts a license-file, instead of a serial number. This license-file uses another licensing model and will not result to the error message you're receiving. To be able to get an Enterprise installer with a license-file, you must purchase 20-users or more through our Sales Team by filling-up this form: https://www.gonitro.com/contact-sales Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
