Sue C 0 Report post Posted April 7, 2020 Hi, I have Nitro Pro 9 and am wondering if the licence is eligible for upgrade to the latest version. The serial number is still valid on the Licence Portal, but the Upgrade New Version eligibility check gives me "We were unable to validate your serial number."
