I have paid for VIP Access but can't upgrade from Pro 12 to 13

I paid for VIP Access on 25 Feb 2019 and did not receive information about the upgrade.  Now that I have tried to upgrade and verify eligibility I have been informed at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade  that "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue."

Hello @Leslie V.

I could not upgrade from Pro 12 to Pro 13 last April and just gave up.  I now have a notice from Nitro telling me the version of Nitro that I am now using will not be available after 31 March.

Given that I paid for VIP access om around April last year, I would like to take advantage of the upgrade.  My current version is
