Can't Activate Nitro Pro 13.

Have Expired Trial version and get error code -2023 when try to log in.
Have a serial no. but nothing happens when I select activate.

I am pleased to inform you that we have released Nitro Pro 13.8.2.140 that addresses this Error Code 2023 so kindly update using below direct installers for the most updated build:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.

after expierencing the same problems, I tried the above method, wich first worked. Unfortunately the wrong language (english) shows up.

I searched again in the knowledgebase and found the proposal to update the whole program https://www.gonitro.com/de/nps/product-details/downloads, hoping, that now the german version would be installed - unfortunatedly i must first uninstall Nitro Pro. After the I tried to install it again, I get an error messgage "Fehler beim setup-assistenten für Nitro Pro".

In November 2019 I tested the trial version for a week and the bought the Full Nitro Pro 13 Suite. So i have a serial-Number, at my Nitro account it shows activated.
