Due to malfunctions I wanted to deactivate 3 of the licenses in use and reinstall them. Therefore I created the deactivation key from inside the program. Then I tried to deactivate Nitro using the built-in function.However, the website www.nitropdf.com/de/activation did not ask for the de-installation ID but for the activation certificate.Therefore I could not deactivate the program properly.The manual deactivation via the website https://www.internetactivation.com/ECOSYSTEM/ActivationServer/tiactivate/default.aspx also did not workI then completely uninstalled Nitro and used the Nitro Cleanup utility.If I now want to reinstall Nitro, an try to activate it, I get an error message that the installation ID is incorrect or the license is already in use. I released your Nitro Pro 11 serial number so you can reactivate. Please get the correct version 11 installer from here. I hope this helps. Let me know if you require anything else.
