Dharma Anthony 0 Report post Posted April 9, 2020 Greeting! My Nitro Pro 13 crashes whenever I use the OCR function. I read online that it may be due to a large file, but I've tried with 2 small files, 500 kb and 2 mb, and it still crashes. I have uninstalled the version I have, rebooted and installed the latest Nitro Pro 13 from the gonitro.com website but it is still crashing.
