Andrew Evans 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2020 I have Nitro Pro v12. Ten days ago, mysteriously, I lost the "File Home Convert, etc." menu across the top. If I go to Nitro first and then open a pdf, it is there. But if I click on a pdf (say, on my desktop), it is not there. I have use Nitro for almost two years; this has never happened before. Please try to right click on the top menu bar and make sure that the "Minimize the ribbon" option is unchecked. If that does not work you can try reinstalling. Hope that helps! Cheers! Andrew Evans 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2020 Leslie V, I installed v12, but it did not fix the problem. Once again, my problem is if I go to Nitro Pro first, then Open a pdf, I have the top bar menu, and also the page counter with arrows at the bottom of the screen.
