Creating an Image Field for Form Fillable PDF

Using Nitro Pro, I would like to create an image field in a form fillable PDF.  The practical application would be that once the form fillable PDF is created, any end user could insert an image into a specific location or field.  The end use would NOT need Nitro or Acrobat or some other PDF editor to upload their image(s).  Any advice is appreciated.
