Nitro deactivated - Won't accept serial

Purchased Nitro 12 on 30/11/2018 and used without issue, had it running on 2 x pcs. It has deactivated itself on one. Went to activate without success using my serial number. Went to support website and hit deactivate and then put in the serial number on the page but it still won't reactivate. It says to contact support but apparently as I'm not a VIP, I need to use this forum. Please help!
