But when I try to anything with any pdf, I have this error message: "pdf is restricted or has limited access to some features" Can you help me please ? In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)? -Support Tools file from your machine. Note that if the tool is not found in Help tab, you will need to go to the installation folder of Nitro Pro and open NitroPDFSupportTools.exe: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/support tools/000004465 -A sample files (with sensitive information extracted) so I can perform some tests on my end. -A screen shot of the error message you are receiving and/or any important information.
