My Nitro Pro v13.8.2.140 freezes at  exactly 33% into OCR.   I recently changed the OCR advanced settings to use system based fonts because the OCR resulted in blurry document.  Clearly neither situation is satisfactory.  I don't know what steps to take to resolve the problem.

Thank you - problem solved  - but now attachments are being lost when saving emails (I've posted in the appropriate place)
