NEW: Simplified serial/license management for desktop users

This is supposedly a new feature in Nitro Pro 13 according the comparison chart. Can we know more about this because as far as I can tell, it's very much the same interface plus I've just asked all 70 users to upgrade from v12 to v13 and it's lost the activation for all of them. Was this expected behaviour?
