Melissa Philip Posted April 20, 2020 Report Share Posted April 20, 2020 I had to reinstall Nitro on an existing laptop as I upgraded the system I deactivated the serial number for Nitro before installing and when I attempt to reactivate it I get a message saying "sorry you may only deactivate 0 devices" I'm unable to contact Nitro directly as there aren't any contact numbers on their website Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
