Melissa Philip 0 Report post Posted April 20, 2020 I had to reinstall Nitro on an existing laptop as I upgraded the system I deactivated the serial number for Nitro before installing and when I attempt to reactivate it I get a message saying "sorry you may only deactivate 0 devices" I'm unable to contact Nitro directly as there aren't any contact numbers on their website Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
