Melissa Philip 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2020 I had to reinstall Nitro on an existing laptop as I upgraded the system. I deactivated the serial number for Nitro before installing and when I attempt to reactivate it I get a message saying "sorry you may only deactivate 0 devices" I'm unable to contact Nitro directly as there aren't any contact numbers on their website Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

We have upgraded a laptop for a staff member and the old serial number and activation number are no longer working for her Nitro Pro. Please advise what I should do. If not, you may use the follow direct installers to do so: x64-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi x32-bit: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1108470/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number. Alternatively, please be aware that Nitro Pro 11 or older are already discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy . With that, support for the discontinued versions are no longer available.
