Activation on new computer

Deactivated Nitro 10 on old computer, have two licenses available, now I find out there is no support for 11 or less! I saw in a post where a courtesy adjustment was made for the license. I put my license number in *, and nothing works. I have the free 14 day trial version of Nitro Pro. Would someone respond as to the best course of action? I use the Nitro all the time, it has been a life saver on many projects...Please advise....

I released your Nitro Pro 10 serial number so you can reactivate. Please get the correct version 10 installer from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installers/000004464
