No S/N available after purchase!

Received an email advising me that I needed to renew my VIP access. Have been using Version 12. When I purchased renewal for VIP access, my current version had no upgrade options. I downloaded version 13, but received no S/N or license information. Download corrupted my version 12 installation  so I am without any Nitro Product [except trial of version 13] . Where can I find my S/N and license information? This has been a very frustrating experience and the renewal process has not been transparent or helpful!
