Star Borseth Posted April 21, 2020 Report Share Posted April 21, 2020 Hello, I have had Nitro Pro 10 on my computer since 12-15-2015. This is the first time I have logged onto my computer and received a message saying "the service does not have sufficient access. Please reinstall." So I did reinstall the program and tried to open it. It is showing it is in trial mode and will not accept my service number. I then tried going through the Support request option and deactivated the program through the Nitro Site, but the same error is still showing when I try to re-enter the serial number.
