George Koclanis Posted April 24, 2020 Report Share Posted April 24, 2020 I am unable to activate Nitro Pro Ver 12 using the serial number I received when purchased. I have it installed on my desktop computer and am trying to install it on my laptop but am receiving an error message 20. When I followed the steps to Deactivate my activation number went from 1 to 0 and it said I had 2 remaining but I still received the error message 20 when trying to activate on my laptop.
