TOMASITO 0 Report post Posted July 18, 2019 Can we post PrimoPDF questions here? ha well here it goes... Hey my company all of a sudden is getting Script errors when launching the app as well as printing to PrimoPDF. Each user sees the exact same 2 script errors. I have tried downloading the app today fresh install newest version dotnet3.5 installed, windows updates installed, ect but still getting the error. The app will work if you click Yes thru the 2 script errors but it is confusing to alot of users. The exact error is similar to Scirpt Error Line 774 URL: PrimoPF.main801254775.js. BkkprGal 0 Report post Posted July 18, 2019 I am having the same problem. I remote into my client's offices and every one of them is getting this same script error. It started yesterday. It prints fine, but the double error is a pain. KVM 0 Report post Posted July 18, 2019 Having the same problem. Started yesterday. Only a few users so far. Mix of Win7 and 10. Reinstalled primo reinstalled java. Thought it was an IE issue at first but we get the same error trying to print a word doc to primo.
JustinSwitch 0 Report post Posted July 18, 2019 I am also having this same exact issue! Any suggestions on a fix would be appreciated!
DavidKim 0 Report post Posted July 18, 2019 I'm getting the same script error messages Additionally, after clicking 'Yes' on both script errors, it eventually creates the PDF, however, it also creates a duplicate file in Text format. I tried reinstalling the PrimoPDF and rebooted the PC but that didn't fix the issue. 1st Script Error Message Line: 0 Char: 0 Error: Script error Code: 0 URL: https://script.crazyegg.com/pages/scripts/0040/0312.js?434300 2nd Script Error Message Line: 1 Char: 774 Error: Expected identifier Code: 0 URL: https://www.primopdf.com/main.801850c77ab036102dcf.js
Barbara M 0 Report post Posted July 19, 2019 I'm getting the same error on all of the computers in the office. I also have a virtual server and now the primopdf dialog box doesn't open at all. Uninstall/reinstall with reboot does not fix the problem.

JustinSwitch 0 Report post Posted July 23, 2019 (edited) I have found a fix for the issue!!! I followed the instructions in the below link to completely uninstall PrimoPDF and delete registry keys. Please backup the registry before making any changes! Ignore the Uninstall Tool and just follow the manual uninstall instructions. Thanks! https://maxuninstaller.com/howtouninstallguides/how-to-uninstall-primopdf/ Edited July 23, 2019 by JustinSwitch
jay62419 1 Report post Posted July 23, 2019 I was able to get the error to stop by turning off the 'Allow PrimoPDF to run Streamlined' and set check for updates to 'Never'
DavidKim 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2019 So it looks like clearing the registry keys actually worked - I am no longer getting the script error messages. However, whenever a PDF file is created, it creates a duplicate file in .txt format. Anyone encountering the same issue?
DavidKim 0 Report post Posted August 26, 2019 When I convert documents to PDFs, it also creates a duplicate file in txt format. Tried reinstalling it a multiple times to no avail. Can someone please assist me resolving this issue?

Tyler Robinson 2 Report post Posted April 7, 2020 So, I disabled Streamline and the error went away. Seems like the program can't update anymore. 1

Thanks! BTW, the program has not been updated since 2011 (the free version, at least).
Lou Capannolo 0 Report post Posted April 11, 2020 Thankyou, Deselecting Streamline under check for updates in options worked a treat. The fix was actually mentioned by an earlier post in this thread but missed it.
Antonio Cesar Rosa 0 Report post Posted April 28, 2020 When I run PrimoPDF, getting below error: https://munchkin.marketo.net/158/munchkin.js I have clicked No in the dialog box, but every time that I run PrimoPDF, get the error again. Can someone advice how can I fix this?
Linda Drumheller 0 Report post Posted May 28, 2020 I have been using PrimoPDF for many years. Suddenly, recently, whenever I run PrimoPDF, I have been getting the same error as Antonio Cesar Rosa above: "an error has occurred in the script on this page: https://munchkin.marketo.net/158/munchkin.js" Once I click "No" to dismiss the error dialog box, PrimoPDF otherwise works fine. Marketo (https://www.marketo.com/) is a software provider that provides marketing automation. Munchkin is Marketo's custom JavaScript tracking code by which to track the individuals who visit a company's website. Examples of how the code for "https://munchkin.marketo.net/158/munchkin.js" should be embedded can be found here: https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Add+Munchkin+Tracking+Code+to+Your+Website. So perhaps something is wrong with that code or the way it is embedded in PrimoPDF? Can the Nitro tech folks please take a look and see if that can be fixed?
