Nitro Pro 13 starts again after closing, need to close several times

Hi,

I'm using Nitro Pro13 (13.15.1.282) x64 on a Lenovo T440p Notebook Win10.

If I close Nitro - by any means - (on the red X with the mouse, through the menu, with the trackpad, ...) it at once start aigain.

I do have to close it for a second or a third time until it stays closed.

 I would appreciate any suggestions,
