Sean Griffin 0 Report post Posted April 28, 2020 Hi all - can someone help please. I purchased Nitro Pro and have a serial number. My computer with Nitro Pro on it died when the battery expanded. I went online and deactivated that computer. Now when I enter the serial number into the replacement computer it says "The serial number does not exist". In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? Also, please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro.
