John Combo
I have a pdf form received from a governmental entity. When it is open, I can see items filled in on some lines, including signature, but when I print it, those items are blank. Is there a setting I need to change in NitroPro 13.9? John Combo
I realized, after I posted, that I was not using the latest version. So I downloaded 13.16.2.300. I still have the same issue. On "screen" I can see what is written, but when I try to print or preview print, it is not in the preview nor in what is printed. I have tried two different printers. I have loaded the pdf into NitroPro13.16 both from inside the attachment in the email and after saving the email to "Documents". NitroPro sees what the additions are, but the print previews and print inside of NitroPro don't show them.
