When entering the license key, it states "the serial number entered does not exist". Yet, when I click on the "submit a support request" and enter the license key, it states I have 2 unused activations. When I click the deactivate button to deactivate/reactivate, it tells me to choose a device to deactivate, but there are no devices listed. Please HELP!
