Joanne Stobb 0 Report post Posted April 29, 2020 I am trying to activate Nitro Pro on my computer. When entering the license key, it states "the serial number entered does not exist". Yet, when I click on the "submit a support request" and enter the license key, it states I have 2 unused activations. When I click the deactivate button to deactivate/reactivate, it tells me to choose a device to deactivate, but there are no devices listed. Please HELP! In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. If you have not installed your Nitro Pro 12 on your machine, please download the following direct installers: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
