Transfering License to New Computer

Hi, 

I have an old laptop that I needs to tranfer the license o my new one. I deactivated it on the old expecting the serial number to fully show but it did not. How can i find my serial number?

I am afraid I am unable to find a purchase under your name or email address. In order to help you with your request, can you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro.
-A copy of the order invoice.
