Our Nitro Pro 13.16.2.300 is missing the "Request Signature" even after signing in.

We are missing the Request signature under the Home or Share tab, we are on the latest version of Nitro Pro 13.16.2.300.  This was one of the reason for Nitro. Our version only allows us to email as attachment.

We already did a clean install and log into our account. Please assist.
