Louis Kahn Posted April 30, 2020 Report Posted April 30, 2020 Hello! I am a NitroPro 11 user. Running Windows 8.1 PRO, fully updated. When I print a PDF from MS Word 2013 using NitroPro, it is not properly displaying one of the embedded fonts. The font is called DUNGEON. (link: https://www.dafont.com/dungeon-sn.font) It is installed properly in my system and available to all my other applications. It is a font I use often as a indie role-playing game writer. I need this to work. I found that if I open the document in Adobe Acrobat the font is displayed properly (as printed by NitroPro), but it is not properly displaying in NitroPro. I also found if I print the document with the old PDF program I used to use long ago (Print2PDF by Software 602), that NitroPro will display this embedded font properly. I have looked in the settings on NitroPro and cannot find any issue regarding embedded fonts not displaying properly. I have found no help in the forums except that someone reported a similar issue resolved by upgrading. Is there any way to fix this issue? Not keen on spending more to upgrade unless I can confirm I will not continue to have this problem. Again, trying to solve this problem before pulling the trigger on upgrade to v 13 so looking for advice. Any help much apprenticed!! Lou
