Please contact me directly, as I have spent a lot of time trying to get help from Nitro and I have not yet reached a human being! Pascal 0 Report post Posted May 19, 2020 Unfortunately, I am not able to get a reply from support about upgrading. They asked for proof of purchase, which I have sent, and then they went quiet.
