Hi,

I have a 10 year old version of Nitro and am trying to find out how much upgrading would cost, but the old licence is not recognised by your system.

Can you help?

Hi Allain,

I am  not able to activate my license on a newly installed hard disc.
Please contact me directly, as I have spent a lot of time trying to get help from Nitro and I have not yet reached a human being!

Unfortunately, I am not able to get a reply from support about upgrading. They asked for proof of purchase, which I have sent, and then they went quiet. They are now no longer replying to my repeated messages asking for how I can upgrade.
