Removed features? signing order and password security for PDF

Hello,

I purchased Nitro Pro 12 in Sep 2019. I was happy about it and Nitro cloud came with it.

I chose Nitro among other competitors because it ticked all the features I need and it was the best option at that time. 
But it's been some time now since these 2 important features were removed:

1. Signing order
2. Password security when sending PDF file for signing

It doesn't feel good that something (the features) that I purchased isn't there anymore.

 

Questions for Nitro support team:

1. What happened?
2. Why were these 2 features removed?
3. Is there something I need to do to get these features back?

I am a new user  and cannot figure out how to get a template  returned to me after only one other signer has completed their  signatures. It appears that I need to pre-sign it before I send it out. Which is not the protocol I wish to implement. Help please!
