Error Code 0x00000002 when opening PDFs

I have a client that when opening certain PDFs she gets the error code 0x00000002 and instructs to contact nitro support.  Other PDFs work fine.  The PDFs with issues can open in Chrome, so they're not corrupted files.  Is there a fix for this.  I searched the knowledge base and Community board but couldn't find an answer.  Thanks!

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-A sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message (hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message') so I can replicate it on my end.
