How to Change my Comment Name and Email Field?

Hello, a client sent me a PDF with comments in it. I am trying to reply to the Client's comments, however when I open the comment and click "reply" it puts in my personal gmail address as the "author name" I want to change this email address to my law office email and also put my name in there. How can I change this setting? My Nitro pro account is registered to my law office email address. Thanks so much!
