Never got the Renewal

I have 15 Productivity Suite licenses that I purchased back in Q3 2018 and I paid the extra for the product updates for one year. After one year, I did not receive an email from Nitro to renew and now they want to charge me full price for a new license. I agree that I overlooked the due date, but is there a way to talk to the sales guys? I called the number and left a couple of messages.
