Michael Shah Posted May 12, 2020 Report Share Posted May 12, 2020 I have 15 Productivity Suite licenses that I purchased back in Q3 2018 and I paid the extra for the product updates for one year. After one year, I did not receive an email from Nitro to renew and now they want to charge me full price for a new license.
