purchased 13 from free trial, now can't print

Purchased in Dec 2019, v 12.  Got a new laptop. Tech downloaded v13. Nitro would not accept the serial # I had, and I'm in a serious time crush so purchased v13 15 minutes ago. Accepted new serial #, rebooted. Now it crashes... wont print to printer or to .pdf.  I'm desperate and not happy.  Can't find anything on the forum.  Help.
